001. Long time no post. Exams seriously suck, half way there though. :) And then it's time for LONDON!!
002. Above are some of my current style icons, they tend to vary on a daily basis at the moment.
003. Spent my time when not revising hecticly on the wii fit, reading and scheming with Sanam via twitter.
004. Also had a mild (extreme) panic over the fact that this fall I could apply for uni if I wanted to, provided I didn't want to do sixth year. I'm a bit confused as I've never really thought about it, parents seemed to have decided for me. Only problem is I'd only by 17 for the whole of first year which means "technically" I wouldn't be allowed into bars etc. Thoughts, suggestions please??

001. Slightly stressed at the moment, first exam on Tuesday! Hopefully they all pass by really fast. Studying alot and dissapointed I can't be out in the sunshine as much as I'd like.
002. Watched the Royal Wedding yesterday! Loved Kate's dress, I knew it would be McQueen with lace sleeves. Don't ask me how, I just did. Both of the Princes looked so dapper and I loved all the trees in Westminster Abbey. :)
003. Had a guitar lesson today, apparently I've improved alot since last term. Very pleased. Picked up a few tops in Primark today, nothing too exciting just some basics for the summer. Oh and a pair of cookie monster pajamas. he he...
004. Just watched Doctor Who!! Brilliant on soo many levels and Rory was especially awesome. Watched (500) days of summer earlier this week and have been listening to The Smiths ever since.

Q1. Describe yourself in six words.
Ambitious, The Simpsons fan, talkaholic & Doctor Who lover
Q2. What made you decide to start Day By Diva??
I was inspired by other bloggers. I had been reading loads of blogs, small and big, for months before starting one myself and then I thought, you know what, this looks like a ton of fun, I want to try it too. So that was when DayByDiva was born, and I haven't looked back since.
Q3. Has having a blog changed the way you address fashion/style??
Definitely! I'm a lot more open minded when trying new styles now, and I no longer consider myself just a minimalist. I have loads of other styles I can't wait to try, like bohemian, I must give that a go soon.
Q4. What is your favourite SS11 collection??
Erdem has most definitely got to be my favourite, he creates the most beautiful and elegant dresses.
Q5. What are you wearing right now??
I'm in my PJ's haha, and they're the most embarrassing pair I own too. The top has a huge pink cat on it with 'Purrfect' written across it. Yh I know, cringe. But in my defence, I didn't choose it. It was my mum, who still thinks I'm only 2 years old.
Q6. What can you never leave the house without??
Just the essentials, like keys, my mobile and a bit of emergency money. That's about it I think.
Q7. Which item of clothing are you most proud of owning??
My awesome red chino's! I can only really wear them if I'm feeling pretty brave that day though, as the colour is very 'in your face'.
Q8. Where do you see yourself in five, ten and fifteen years time??
In 5 years time I would love to be studying at Central Saint Martins, doing a womenswear course. In 10 years time I would like to be designing for either a designer brand or my own, and the same for in 15 years time really.
Q9. Where do you get your inspiration from??
Blogs & magazines are my main source of inspiration.
Q10. Do you find that British Bloggers are different to American
bloggers??
I don't think I have come across many american blogs actually, so I guess I can't really compare.
Q11. Which bloggers would you most like to be friends with??
Gosh, I have no idea, I'm fans of SO many bloggers. But I guess people can be very different behind the screen, so I'm not sure about anyone in particular, just someone who is super friendly, chatty and tons of fun.
Q12. What are your must haves for Spring/Summer this year??
I really like oversized floaty trousers at the moment, coloured chino's (I really need to get my hands on some electric blue ones), and loads and loads of big, floaty patterned things

All That Jazz

001. You know it's exam season when you come back from shopping with
highlighters, pens and notepads. Sigh.... One week tomorrow. :(
002. Doctor Who was amazing!! I'm not going to say too much so I don't spoil it but EPIC!!! I love Amy Pond, if you hadn't already gathered.
003. Model's Own nail polish is my new obsession. I can't get over how nice it looks. My mum described it as "sophisticated". Swish or what?
004. Currently planning how to re-do my room, it justs feels a bit babyish and so not me. Apart from my collaged back wall which is NEVER to be removed.

005. Apologise for the slightly insane look in the photo above, stress I hate you. Also I am a tad insane. Off to read some more blogs and get all hyped up for Glee in two hours!! Darren Criss = Swoon!! x

Holiday

001. Fairly hectic week. Back at school which means being reminded every other minute that exams are in two weeks. I mean it's not like I'd noticed by myself. Off again though for a long weekend and then back for three days before off on study leave til June. First day back (first day of fifth year) happens to be my sixteenth so that should be interesting.
002. Trying to keep up my reading at the moment, in the last week I have read Never Let Me Go. I never got round to seeing the film but the book is amazing, but very sad.
003. Was out shopping today, okay browsing. Picked up my first Model's Own nail polish in Nude Beige which I am eager to try out. Have read sooo many good things about their nail polishes so thought I'd see for myself. Got a lovely coffee from Starbucks and finally decided on which phone to get (Lg optimus 2x), now to find an amazing case for it.
004. Realised it's eight weeks til I go on holiday, can't wait for the summer. My outfit was actually fairly summery today, okay I wore tights, it's still Scotland.
005. Loving all the comments and followers I've got recently. You guys are absolute babes.

Don't You Want Me

001. Studying is KILLING me!! And with my first exam just under a month away I am starting to feel a little stressed, alot less than usual but still...
002. To combat this my love of tv shows has grown, watching them on my breaks and on evenings when I am off duty.
003. Gilmore Girls - A classic! What can I say?? I'm actually loving Rory and Logan as a couple which I didn't used to as I was a diehard Rory and Jess girl. But obviously things have changed. I wish I was Rory...
004. Glee!! If you've seen my twitter you'll know how glee obsessed I am. At the moment I am loving Blaine (Darren Criss), as a fan of A Very Potter Musical I was thrilled when he joined the Glee cast. "Don't You Want Me." is my drug of the moment, it has been in my head all week. Just watch it and you'll fall of Blaine as much as I have.
005. Doctor Who. I am gearing up Doctor Who's return a week on saturday! This means watching all of last season again and I have decided Karen Gillan who plays Amy Pond is my new role model. We were actually both born in the same town which is fairly awesome and the way she acts, dresses and talks is amazing!!
